Mira Studio — three designs, one pop-up
Client: Mira Studio · Industry: Bubble tea
A bubble-tea brand wanted to A/B three cup designs at a weekend pop-up without overcommitting.
The challenge
Mira Studio was preparing to open their first pop-up in a competitive downtown corridor. They had a strong brand identity, but one critical question remained: which cup design would actually stop foot traffic? Ordering 30,000 of a single design was financially reckless for an untested location.

They needed a low-risk way to test multiple creative directions in the real world—without delaying their opening.
Our solution
We produced three distinct PET cold-cup designs at a low MOQ, each featuring a different visual approach to Mira’s brand.

Using our 3D Customizer, the Mira team previewed every label placement and color variant before production, locking in the final artwork in under a week. Within days of approval, all three test runs were printed, packed, and on their way—arriving in time for soft opening.

The result
Over a four-week pop-up run, Mira tracked daily sales by cup design. The winning concept—a bold, illustration-led label—outsold the other two combined, delivering a 2:1 sales lift at the trial location. Confident in the data, Mira rolled the winning design out across all subsequent stores. What started as a low-MOQ experiment became the packaging standard for a growing bubble-tea brand.
By the Numbers
- 3 designs tested in-market
- 2:1 sales lift from the winning design
- 1 low-MOQ run to derisk a full launch

Client Testimonial
“Testing three designs at once felt like a luxury—until PackingSunshine made it affordable. The data from that pop-up decided our packaging for every store that followed.” — Mira C., Founder, Mira Studio
